YoungSCS x BeNeFri Student Spring Symposium 2026

Local groups of the youngSCS organize events to foster better exchange between students and young PIs. This is the 4^th edition of the BeNeFri Student Spring Symposium and will take place at the University of Bern.

The BeNeFri Symposium is a student-organized one-day conference aimed at providing young graduate students the possibility to present their research in a smaller and more familiar setting before heading off to international conferences later in their PhD, but we encourage students and postdocs at all levels to submit abstracts. Every participant will be given the opportunity to present a talk, the participation is completely free of charge, and our sponsors provide food and beverages during the event.

We encourage students at all levels and postdocs to submit abstracts for oral presentations.

Registration ends on Thursday, 30^th of April.

Note: If you want to present at the symposium you will have to submit an abstract during registration.
