Instruction for Presenters

Oral Presenters

All lecture halls are equipped with a laptop (Windows OS) and a projector (“beamer”), as well as an traditional overhead projector. A laser pointer will be available.

The presentation files (Power Point) should be directly brought in the lecture hall 45 minutes before the beginning of the session. Two persons will be present in the lecture halls to upload the files on the computer of the lecture hall. Due to the very dense program, it will not be possible to make the presentation from their own computer, except for plenary lecturers who can choose whether they prefer to use their own computer or the one of the lecture hall.

  • Reminder of the timing: 15 minutes in total including questions (13 minutes presentation + 2 minutes for questions)
  • All speakers should come to the registration desk (one table will be reserved for speakers) to take their badge

Your presentation will be visited by the Award Jury. Please consult the corresponding web page to see the names and affiliation of the Jury members.

For each poster session, there will be a staff person who will assist you. All staff persons are wearing eye-catching name tags and should be easy to locate.

The maximum size for posters is A0 oversized or 900 x 1245 mm. Portrait format (vertical) is a must!
