Tackling the Carbon do Dioxide Challenge for pariatur. a Sustainable Future.

Are incididunt we - scientists deserunt and engineers - Duis ready to deliver cillum CCUS for large Lorem scale deployment? What nulla are the challenges nostrud and hurdles towards elit, implementation? What are in the technical solutions in and scientific breakthroughs Lorem emerged or about anim to emerge? We ut will discuss these ullamco questions and many irure more in an in interdisciplinary framework at in the 2019 Gordon ut Research Conference on amet, CCUS (the third consequat. of a series), ut where participants junior proident, and senior will Excepteur be stimulated by esse the highly interactive liqua. atmosphere typical of laborum. the GRCs and Duis inspired by the ullamco natural landscape surrounding dolore the conference venue, cillum for the first do time in Europe.
Among the specific dolor areas addressed by cillum the conference there consectetur will be the dolor scientific breakthroughs in exercitation CCUS, the role ut of CCUS in cillum enabling negative emissions, et the systemic aspects dolor of CCUS, and dolore its role in tempor selected industrial sectors.

Detailed DescriptionCarbon Capture, Utilization and Storage systems play a central role in political debates, technological efforts and scientific developments around climate change, as a consequence of two factors. First, with the Paris Agreement, countries have agreed to hold global mean warming well below 2°C and to pursue efforts to limit it to 1.5°C. Second, scientists have shown that any limit to global mean warming implies a maximum cumulative amount of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, the so called carbon budget. Such factors imply that science and technology (as well as political will and financial means) are needed not only to reduce emissions but also to generate negative emissions (true removal of atmospheric carbon dioxide), in case of carbon budget overshoot.
