Members of the SCS are now entitled to a discount on personal RÖMPP licenses
Thieme and the Swiss Chemical Society (SCS) have entered a cooperation for the chemical encyclopedia RÖMPP. Members of the SCS are now eligible for personal access to RÖMPP at special conditions: Regular members can purchase a RÖMPP license at an annual license fee of 175 CHF, students and PhDs pay 75 CHF.

Prix Expo der Akademie der Naturwissenschaften
Die Akademie der Naturwissenschaften Schweiz (SCNAT) lädt ein zur Eingabe von Bewerbungen für den Prix Expo 2014. Die Ausschreibung richtet sich an Macher von naturwissenschaftlichen Ausstellungen.
Bewerbungsschluss: 1. Juni 2014
Mit dem Prix Expo zeichnet die SCNAT Ausstellungen in der Schweiz aus, welche die Faszination der Natur und der Naturwissenschaften einem breiten Publikum fachlich fundiert und erlebnisorientiert vermitteln. Die Ausstellungen müssen während mindestens drei Monaten in der Schweiz gezeigt und in einer der vier Landessprachen vermittelt werden. Der Prix Expo ist mit CHF 10'000 dotiert und wird von der SCNAT jährlich vergeben.
