Swiss Women in Chemistry Event 2024 at Roche

Join us at Roche for an exciting afternoon of lab tours, roundtable discussions, an aperitif, and networking, in collaboration with Swiss Women in Chemistry. 

The program includes round table discussions to discover career pathways in the field of chemistry, providing advice for job searches and the handling of the work-life balance. In addition, lab tours will provide insights into new state-of-the-art research and development labs at Roche. After the event, you have the chance to exchange with other participants and Roche colleagues during an aperitif.

Registration
The event is open to all genders. Please note that registration will be limited to a maximum number of 100 participants due to space restrictions. Registration is mandatory.

Priorities for the lab tour and the round table discussion
We offer 6 different round table discussions and 5 lab/pant tours, and you have the opportunity to attend one lab tour and one round table. 
For both the lab tour and round table options, please indicate your first, second and third choice during the registration process.

2:00 pm - 2:20 pm Career Presentations
2:30 pm - 4:30 pm Round Tables & Lab/Plant Tours
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm Apéro and Exchange with Roche Chemists 

Dress Code: As this company visit includes lab tours, please wear: closed shoes, long trousers, no high heels, etc.
Pictures: Please note that pictures will be taken during the event.
Cancellation notice: If you are unable to attend, please let us know in advance, so we can open the spot for participants on the waiting list.
