Nitrogen, the element used to produce ammonia, is crucial in agriculture. It is estimated that half of the global population has food on their table, thanks to it. However, there are planetary boundaries to nitrogen use – and the usage of nitrogen in agriculture must become more sustainable if we are to remain within these boundaries.

In this workshop, a wide range of experts will discuss how is this possible. You can see the list of speakers, the detailed schedule, and additional info here.

As food production and the science of sustainability is a broad and important topic, we encourage you to take part in this workshop, and promote it within your network.
