What is SSO?
Single sign-on, an authentication method that allows users to log in to multiple applications or services with a single set of login credentials without having to re-authenticate with the same data.
How does it work?
From 1 August, you will only be able to log in with your SCG account email address. No password required..
- Enter your email address when registering..
- A newly generated access code will be sent to this address (can only be used once).
- Use this new access code to authenticate yourself..
- You are now logged in and can use all SCG services.
Why is that?
- Different sites, 1 account:
This registration process can now be repeated on all SCG pages without the need to re-register.
This makes it as easy as possible for SCG members to register for SCG events..
- Passwordless protection:
With this system, you don't have to manage passwords, just your emails.
