NMR benchtop devices are increasingly in use for a few years now. The devices only require a 240 V power connection – liquid helium or liquid nitrogen are not required, as the NMR spectrometers work based on permanent magnets. The operation of the systems is very simple, and you do not need an NMR expert to run such device. The systems are also maintenance-free. At 60/80 or 90 MHz, different nuclei such as 1H, 13C, 31P or 19F can be examined. 1D as well as 2D NMR sequences are available to the user.
