The aim of the forum is to offer a platform for open and constructive conversation between researchers, learned societies, university librarians, funding agencies, scholarly publishers, publishing platforms, and other concerned stakeholders (professional associations, etc.) to identify implementable solutions for a sustainable global transition to open access. 

The efficient conversion of a chemical process into a process for manufacture on tonnage scale has always been of importance in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. However, in the current economic and regulatory climate, it has become increasingly vital and challenging to do so efficiently.

Recent advances in microfluidics and high-throughput sequencing technology have enabled rapid profiling of genomic material in single cells. Valve- and droplet-based microfluidic platforms can precisely and efficiently manipulate, sort, and process cells to generate indexed sequencing libraries, allowing for high-throughput single-cell analysis of the genome, transcriptome, proteome, and epigenome.

INL is proud of organizing and bringing to you the 2021 edition of the EuroNanoForum, the event that gathers the European Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials community, in collaboration with the FCT – Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology, ANI – Portuguese Innovation Agency, and NIA – Nanotechnology Industries Association.

The 16th annual ECG-COMON Meeting 2021 will (probably) be combined with a MEACTOS project meeting and is hosted by the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI). Both meetings will be held online.
