SCS Fall Meeting 2026

The SCS Fall Meeting 2026, one of the largest annual research conferences held in Switzerland, offers a unique opportunity for all members of the community to share the results of their research initiatives and to connect with each other.

The two days event offers award and invited lectures, a Postdoc/young Professors session, 2x 9 topical parallel sessions, 2 poster sessions and a commercial exhibition.

Highlights of the first day, Aug 27, 2026, will be

• Helvetica session with two invited lectures
• Future leaders on stage: 3-4 SCS postdoc/young PI sessions
• A plenary session with lectures from SCS award winners and SCS honorary members
• The famous SCS poster sessions during the summer party (we expect to get more than 400 posters)
• Surprise to celebrate the 125^th anniversary of the SCS

The second day, Aug 28, 2026, will provide you the traditional Fall Meeting program with

• Two plenary sessions with lectures of SCS price winners 2026
• The second part of the poster sessions during lunch time
• Nine thematic parallel sessions with key note lectures and 15min PhD presentations in the morning and the afternoon
• Commercial exhibition with partners from industry
• Best oral and best poster presentation award ceremony
