Rotational spectroscopy is a technique that allows to determine structure and dynamics of molecules and molecular complexes in great detail. Using this method, fascinating fundamental questions can be investigated: from proton transfer in microsolvated acids to identifying molecules in space. With a recent non-linear extension, it can also be used to investigate chirality and provide state-selective control of enantiomers – an exciting step for chirality-selective experiments.
