It was all about Career Pathways - helping mentees explore future career opportunities through reflection, discus-sion, and guidance.
The session was held in a workshop-style format, where participants were divided into groups, each focusing on a different career path. This encouraged open discussion, idea sharing, and learning from one another’s perspectives.
We also completed a personality assessment, giving each participant insight into their personal strengths, traits, and how these align with potential career choices. The session was enriched by meaningful guidance and advice from our mentors, who shared their experiences and helped mentees connect self-awareness with real-world op-portunities.
We wrapped up a productive and inspiring day with a dinner at Gena Restaurant, enjoying great food and even better conversations.
