The session kicked off with an interactive CV workshop, helping mentees strengthen their CVs and better understand how profiles are evaluated in real recruitment processes. This was followed by an open and engaging discussion between mentors and mentees on key topics such as building an effective LinkedIn profile, navigating ATS (Application Tracking Systems), and positioning oneself to pass the first screening stage.
We also explored how GenAI tools are reshaping CV creation and early candidate screening, and what this disrup-tion means for students and early-career professionals.
We wrapped up the evening with a relaxed apéro—pizza, drinks, and great conversations, giving mentors and mentees the chance to network and connect.
