On September 29, the Zürich Cluster officially kicked off the SCS Mentoring Program 2025/26 with an inspiring introductory event at the University of Zürich’s Irchel Campus. Mentors and mentees met for the first time, sharing their goals, expectations, and hopes for the year ahead. The evening combined insightful introductions with plenty of opportunities to connect over food, drinks, and lively conversations.
One of the highlights was the rotating group discussions, where mentees engaged with mentors on key career topics, from navigating challenges and embracing new technologies to personal development and the power of professional networks.
The event set a strong foundation for the months to come, and we look forward to seeing the growth, collaboration, and inspiration this mentoring journey will bring.
