Held on December 15th, 2023, at EPFL-Lausanne Campus, it was a perfect blend of career planning and team building vibes. 🚀 Mentors rocked the stage with insightful 15-min presentations, covering topics like the journey from academia to industry, exploring entrepreneurship opportunities as a scientist, and more!

🤝 Amidst these talks, we dived into team-building activities that not only fostered connections but also added a sprinkle of fun to the mix. 🎉 With 4 mentors and 8 mentees in attendance (a dynamic dozen!), the collaboration was on fire. 🔥

🧀 To wrap up this incredible day, we indulged in a delicious fondue dinner at Café Romand, sealing the memories with some awesome group pictures! 📸 Here's to the power of mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and the joy of building lasting connections. 🌈🙌 #Mentoringprogram #TeamBuilding #SCS #youngSCS#CareerPlanningJourney

Approach
Four regional clusters, each consisting of a managing team, mentors and mentees, will be established. Each cluster will define the activities, one per semester, at its “kick off meeting”. At the end of the year, the cluster will meet for a closing event.
