Science meets Snow Sports!
The symposium takes place in Saas Fee again and combines science, networking and snow sport in a familiar atmosphere.

Target Audience:
Computational scientists and interested members of the academic and industrial chemistry community.

Member Assembly of the SCS Division of Industrial & Applied Chemistry and visit of Cilag AG, incl. input lecture and round tour to the production site and the labs.

A one day symposium and provides a high quality program with national and international speakers of a certain topic and the platform for the Werner Price Ceremony and the Werner Award Lecture.

The goal of the meeting is to stimulate a stronger cooperation among persons working in the different areas of analytical sciences. Analytical scientists from applied / fundamental research and education are welcome.

The ‘SCS Conference on Stereochemistry’, better known as ‘Bürgenstock Conference’, is an outstanding international chemistry meeting of high scientific quality, with an optimal setting for intense inter-disciplinary discussion.

The goal is to stimulate a stronger cooperation among persons working in different areas of medicinal chemistry and chemical biology. Scientists from applied and fundamental research, from industry, education, and regulation are welcome.

This seminar will present the field of catalysis in its entirety, i.e., from active site design to industrial process implementation. Later editions of the seminar will focus on specific topics. 

Four days summer school covering a wide range of chemical biology topics. 

The Swiss Chemical Society Fall Meeting is the largest annual scientific event in Switzerland. It offers a unique opportunity for graduate students, post-doctoral researchers and scientists of all levels, from both, academia and industry, to share the results of their research projects. 

The Innovation Forums investigate how to apply research findings for biotechnology and therapeutic advancement. The 2018 program brings 11 exciting forum programs. Three forums explore topics in policy and health.

ILMAC is providing the chemical and life science community with this new platform in Lausanne on 3 and 4 October 2018 and thus closing the gap on the French-speaking Swiss market. In a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, the latest knowledge is to be imparted at this event.

SCS takest the opportunity and invites the Swiss PAT (Process Analytical Technology) community for the 2nd time to a symposum and offers a ideal platform to exchange latest trends and developments and to network.

The half-day event will provide plenty of opportunities for the exchange of ideas and networking. This cross-fertilization between industrial and academic research will further strengthen the knowledge base of CleanTech in Switzerland and pave the way to a more sustainable future.

The 2018 annual spring meeting of the Division of Polymers and Colloids of the Swiss Chemical Society will take place at the Adolphe Merkle Institute of the University of Fribourg. Eight invited speakers from academia and industry will showcase recent developments in the field.
